About Enrike
Science communicator | Researcher
Enrike is an international food-systems researcher, PhD candidate in Animal Science, and science communicator working across agriculture, sustainability, nutrition, and public understanding of science.
Her starting point is this: when people understand where their food comes from and what's behind it, they make better decisions for themselves and the planet.

Her research covers livestock sustainability, food security, grazing ecology, nutrient density, environmental impact, and the socio-economic realities shaping global agriculture. Outside the research, she turns dense evidence into stories people can actually follow, and gives them straight answers about where their food comes from.
Through documentaries, talks, online education, and consulting, she works to close the gap between what the science says and what people hear, from the farm right through to policy.
